For the 2nd consecutive year, Botero Homes was selected for the 2010 "Best of Vienna" Award in the single family house construction category. Sponsored by the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association and the Maryland-National Capital Building Association, the Monument Awards honor the homes and communities of the metropolitan Washington Homebuilding Companies whose homes have been judged "the best of the best" for design and value by a panel of their peers.

The Maryland and National Capital Industry Association, The Virginia NNBIA and the Monument Awards Committee selected Botero Homes as the Best Builder for Luxury Homes between $3,000,001 and 4,000,000.In a ceremony attended by more than 1,000 builders, the First Prize Award was given to Botero Homes.
